About Wasl Solutions and the team behind it
Wasl is a small team. We build digital tools for small businesses and then keep them working, which is the part nearly everybody skips.
Why we started
Almost every small-business owner we meet has the same story. Someone sold them a website. It looked fine. Then the person disappeared, the site went stale, and two years later it is still sitting there with the wrong opening hours on it.
Meanwhile the actual business runs on WhatsApp, bookings, questions, complaints, everything, on a phone that rings while somebody is trying to serve a customer. Messages get missed. People who wanted to spend money quietly go somewhere else.
So we do not sell projects. We put tools on the apps your customers already use, and we run them for a monthly fee. If it stops working, that is our problem, not yours. And because we charge monthly, we only make money if you keep paying us, which means we have to keep it working.
What وصل means
Wasl means to connect, both the link itself and the work of keeping it joined. That is the whole job: your business on one side, your customers on the other, and something in between that actually answers. A connection nobody maintains is just a wire that used to work.
